All prices are based on the square footage of the dock you want and need.  A different way of operating compared to our competitors.  You pick the size that fits your needs.  You pick the design and shape you want.  Custom built exactly the way you want it !


Red Cedar Floater Protected Bay Model ... $ 25.00 per sq. ft.
       Slant P beige dock edging
       2 fold down aluminum cleats
       3 step aluminum ladder and anchorage
       Lower skirt (added to hide the floats)
       Shore Mounts (if needed) are $19.00 per sq. ft.

Red Cedar Floater Open Lake Model ... $ 28.00 per sq. ft.
       Double frame
       Everything else is the same as the Protected Bay model

Aluminum Docks ... starting at $ 18.50 per sq. ft.
       Aluminum Frame with Red Cedar Decking
       Posts and Hinges; Post Caps
       X-Large Base Plates

Aluminum Float Docks ... $ 29.50 per sq. ft.


Floater docks ... Water depth is different for every installation so we charge the 5/16 Hot Dipped Galvanized chain by the foot = $ 3.00 / ft.


Delivery Extra ... $ 4.00 / mile from Coboconk one way
